The Gang!

The workmen came to fix the porch roof today so the place is like the wreck of the Hesperus. I did some packing then spent the rest of the day Tweeting BT & their rubbish broadband . Would you believe I got first a package upgrade with more storage, better sports etc. So I went back on Twitter and said that wasn't what I wanted and spent another two hours tweeting & hash tagging them and their rotten service. They sent me a personal email via my Twitter feed telling me to get in touch with their Customer Services in Dundee (surprised it wasn't Dakar! Anyhow that lot gave me the run around too as there was no facility to complain about your BB speed only if it was faulty so I'm back to Twitter again!  BT used to run and advert with a stupid cartoon bird Called Busy in which he claimed "It was good to talk"  Time BT took note  and did just that!
