In my extra a butterfly on the grass, it kept fluttering so this isn't a decent shot...

Mr Billy was very wise and has kept in the shade today :)

Thankful for air conditioned offices today!

I have walked 11074 steps so far today including around the lake at lunch time and up and down the stairs a few times (3 flights)...hoping to keep this going now!
