In the mood

Tonight's show was Les Divines, four female singers and a pianist. Their repertoire, easy listening, middle-of-the-road pop, was not at all to my taste (especially the Abba covers), but what they do they do very well, singing in accurate close four-part harmony in clever arrangements of standards by their pianist. One of them even turned out to be very good at Gospel. So I enjoyed it even if I wouldn't have travelled to see it. I like this moody photo although it isn't really representative of the show -- see extra for the crooners themselves.

Beforehand we had the traditional accueil des vacanciers, that is lashings of wine and grilled sausage on the square.
