Light shade colour

Merlot woke us at 0630 crying at the bedroom door....C got up & let him out but we then snuggled down and slept for another couple of hours.

Morrison's were early with the shop which was good & once it was all put away we sat down for a coffee. Nicola rang to say there was "something going on" up the main road so I strode up there camera in hand to take a few shots...it appeared that there had been a small fire in a flat in one of the large Victorian houses - see extra.

As I walked back I met Dave & Nikki who were just returning from the town. We walked back home together & stood in the road chatting & laughing for a while.

I am just popping up to N's with a spare patio umbrella then back for lunch. C going to see her Mum this pm following a call to say that she had been found on the floor this morning - apparently she had fallen out of bed. The paramedics were called but no injuries were found & she is OK just a "bit stiff".
