tagine...

...for lunch with friends S and R.

I bought this beautiful tagine in the Languedoc city of Beziers some years ago  where we also stocked up with bunches of coriander and bundles of paper wrapped spices.
Today, lunch was Moroccan inspired with chicken, olives and preserved lemon, carrot salad (more delicious than it sounds!) and slow cooked butterfly lamb.
