Last night in Andorra

Really sad to be leaving early tomorrow morning. The bus is picking us up at 7.45 for the three hour drive to Barcelona Airport. It does seem like we've been here for ages, but still not long enough. Hopefully we'll be able to come back next summer too.

Today was yet another day at the Caldea, but we got a cheap deal on their wellness centre which is more of the same really but in a quieter area with some twists. There was free bottles of water and ice tea all day. There was a queit sauna, hammam and outdoor jacuzzi. There was also a couple of other water features, an Aztec bath which was gently running water with a smooth pebble floor and a grapefruit bath which was a warm pool with grapefruits floating in it?!?

Things we have learned about Andorra this week include some of the history, the selection and quality of food is good, you can get a really good hotel for incredibly reasonable prices the weather is great in the summer, the toboggan is brilliant, the spa even more so and rebaixes are dangerous things....

If you love the beach in hot weather then it's probably not for you, but if you like spas, great weather, shopping, eating and great activities then it's well worth a visit (if you're into mountain biking, which I'm not, Andorra in the summer looks like a must).
