A new find.

Resources* are to be poured into the leafier bits of the southside after this find. Previously Cigs had only been spotted on the main arterial routes around this part of town, and now the investigative side wonders if Cigs is in fact a widowed retired physics teacher who works 2 days a week in the RSPCA shop on South Clerk Street. The Mail on Sunday is keen to break the story but my money's on the Sunday Herald. I think Cigs board would rather break the Sunday Herald.
