Kleftiko

Kleftiko translates from Greek as 'Thieves’ Meat' and is a delicious [and very large] leg of lamb roasted for over 3 hours with herbs and white wine so that it just falls off the bone. Very popular in Greece, I had mine in Rozafa, in Albert Square Manchester.
