Woodland Cool

The early mornings and hot days in Wales caught up with me today. Got through the day in the office and returned home to dinner with Andy. He had cooked one of our favourite chicken and rice dishes. He had spent the day with his mum. He was in the garden trying to rescue a beautiful old and big Montana clematis that is in her garden. Her neighbour has taken a dislike to it and came into her garden and cut it back rather brutally. An evening walk via the allotment to find the allotment next to mine has now been cut back (see yesterday's blip).
