trying out her wings.....

We have a beautiful Harrier hawk in the hospital at the moment. She has bad lead poisoning. She has been on treatment for 2 weeks and has another week to go. I took her out of her cage, and somehow she decided her wings needed a flap. I let her flap for about 15 minutes. Keep everything moving. It is so satisfying seeing her very slowly coming right.
