Oh Wow!

"Oh, Wow," said Steve the physio this morning after I had shown him my progress after my hip replacement. He went on to use more colourful compliments. All this even though I have not been as diligent with my exercises as he would have liked!
Quieter day today after our social weekend. N was playing golf as usual, and I just pottered and sat in the garden doing my embroidery. Yes, I know I should have been doing my exercises!
