Viewings

A busy day which involved fitting the viewings of a car and a house around the working day. The car, if we get it, is an early Significant Birthday present for Son1; the house was the first one I've actually felt compelled to view since I started keeping an eye on the property market at Christmas. It ticks a lot of boxes, not least being quite a bit cheaper than our current place, but needs some TLC. Food for thought although there has apparently already been an offer on it today so, given our house isn't even on the market yet, it probably won't happen. Interesting to see what we might be able to get for our money in the local area though.
