The Birthday Girl

TSM's birthday this year was a great success. Breakfast at home followed by an exhibition of war movies (Real To Reel) at the Imperial War Museum. Then Waterstones; lunch on the East side of Trafalgar Square (excellent food - disorganised kitchen - Bronte on The Strand) and drinks on the West side on the roof of the Trafalgar Hotel where they have a little known bar with excellent views. The Therapeutic Journey

Really delighted to get through the day without any problems although I didn't build up to normal energy levels until about 2 or 3 pm. The highs and lows seem to have been replaced by a more even energy curve which is a new phenomenon.

Counselling starts tomorrow. Maybe this is the start of a new era...
