Oh, poo

Not that I'm suggesting my council employs lazy people who don't do their jobs properly, or makes cuts to the wrong departments in order to save money whilst frittering so much away, or anything, but...

I hate seeing dog's mess and it really annoys me, as a responsible dog owner and carrier of both a Muksak and a DickyBag (go on, look them up) when people don't bother to clean up after their dogs. It would help, though, if the bins were actually emptied from one month to the next.
