Kiulu

Kiulu is the bucket you find in a Finnish sauna. That's where you keep the water that is thrown on the kiuas (stove).

The Finnish sauna is a substantial part of Finnish culture. There are five million inhabitants and over two million saunas in Finland - an average of one per household (the whole story here and more here).

I also have one in my house and I use it once or twice a week. Nothing more relaxing than hot sauna and a cold beer after... =)
