Run

The Estate now has recently acquired a small herd of Saler cattle which are grazing in the Low Pond field so I had a run at lunchtime to see them for myself. Despite the wind it was really too warm for me to run as hard as I would have liked, but at least I got my legs moving after two weeks of inactivity.
