Look at these good looking bad boys, just take a long lingering look. Can you see the deliberate error? Can you spot what is missing? Ignore the size for a moment - these are tiddlers in the whole brez'n galaxy but they are undressed. A proper brez'n is studded with salt; the really good ones have those large salt crystals and lots of them. Here though, and I'm sure it'll be some elf and safety diktat, we are offered these anaemic little scraps as a very poor analogue. Seeing this has decided me that I need to go back to the spiritual home of the brez'n as soon as work allows.
