Poplar Avenue

Standing in the middle of the Herefordshire countryside with only the murmur of the leaves in the trees high above, the sun peeking it's way through the tallest branches and the sunlit shadows sweeping the grassy floor, was pretty magical this afternoon albeit for just a few minutes.


You can always tell when I've taken Tilly to the Eye Veterinary Clinic in Leominster as I pass,take a small diversion to this plantation of rows of poplar trees; it seems to draw me through the seasons ......
