Punch life

Odd day started by a dawn 5 miler then off up to Holbeach, a funny place Lincolnshire, walking around a factory that prepares and packs all of M&S microwave meals.

Had a good smash on the wee Nephew's punch bag when I got home. Made me feel better I must admit.

Only another 35 years left...
