Blueprint

Today I was in Stirling for a series of meetings. One was discussing a refresh of the time intervals blueprint for the children's hearings system. It was published in 2001 and made a significant difference to timescales. But more can be done and circumstances have changed. So time for a review - see extra.

I was involved in the discussions leading up to the report in 2001 so it will be interesting getting back into them again. this time the review is under the CHIP (children's hearings improvement partnership). The system has always operated with organisations working closely together but this is an increased feature nowadays as the CHIP, overseen by the Scottish Government, draws together many more partners.
