Planes, Trains and Automobiles

Apart from a one hour flight delay, my journey has been very straight forward - the taxi picked me up at 5.30am and I was at Gatwick just after 6am.

As soon as I landed, I walked to the bus station and caught a bus to the railway station in Marseille and then got a train to La Ciotat, followed by a bus to the town centre. But the timings couldn't have been better, I literally went from one to the other -
It literally has been planes, trains & automobiles!

Alan met me to give me the room key and he's now gone back to work - I'll just have to amuse myself, but that won't be hard! My afternoon will be spent at the pool which is an infinity pool on the roof overlooking the port.

Anyway, this is my view for the next few days!
