Botanical Gardens

A nice bright day with sunny spells.

There were no appointments for me at the Listening Service (probably because of holidays) so we went for a late afternoon  walk/scooter round the Gardens. Many of the trees had beautiful flowers of which the blip was one and the extra another. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of either.

We are taking the opportunity of having no grandchildren to look after (they are in Malta) to get out and about and are looking forward on Saturday to a trip on the Firth of Forth - visiting the Isle of May to see the puffins. This is one of our special Golden Wedding Anniversary gifts from our children.
