Calm After the Storm

Yesterday was a wonderful but hectic day and I didn't get home until the wee hours after the Champions' Supper. So I was glad to have a quiet Saturday to myself. A lazy morning with a pot of coffee and a slightly disturbing Icelandic film called Of Horses and Men. Then did some cleaning, which was quite satisfying, before going back to bed for a bit! Then a wander out to pick up some treats to eat on a bench in the sun in Dr Neil's Garden. Sadly, the clouds kept coming over making it not quite comfortable enough to stay long. Home, dozed on the couch until Freya's Dad came over for pizza and Star Trek.
