Take 10

This is Nick's first year playing football and he loves it. I wasn't sure if he would like the intensity of conditioning but he can't get enough and enjoys the game. Connor has been playing and has taken to it just as much. It's been fun to watch them practice. Can't wait for the games.

Despite a minor hamstring injury last weekend, a little swelling & bruising, my sights are set on my next triathlon and can't wait for practices myself. A little more yoga and weight training should do the trick. The training was a blast.

Can't wait for our athletic events this fall!
