HITTING FRUSTRATION!!!

Aim: not to give up!!!

That pound from last week obviously hadn't bitten the dust!!. Sometimes it gets really depressing when you have tried quite hard. I was tempted not too blip!!
Off on holiday now so really wanted to hit my blip stone so I could forget this for a while but maybe this will just make me check myself a bit....so my holiday aim will be one treat a day and not the usual free for all with cakes, ice cream, meals out and alcohol.
