Zinnia Zings

The diy-studio project has entered the painting phase.  It will take more than one coat.  I can find painting therapeutic and useful in planning future activities and imagining what to do if we won the lottery.  Some great plans there but we would have to start buying lottery tickets before these plans can be implemented.

However I have found that painting being perched on a ladder requires some concentration and all I can dream about is finishing the job.  But the space is beginning to look good and the rain hasn't found a way in yet.

The blip is of a tattered zinnia which reflects how I felt at the end of the day.  Intrigued by its complexity.
