You know the old saying…..

Thats how life seems these last few days.
Audrey was on the up on Saturday, then was poorly all yesterday.
The nurses are amazing at LHCH and I cannot compliment our NHS enough.
But yesterday was not a good day.
Early morning runs, seemingly ever earlier and ever longer, sooth the soul a little, and new wanderings keep me away from well meaning friends and acquaintances, but I really don't want to stop and chat and be told what the problem is, however well meaning.
Tuesday will be better.
