Frodsham Hill & Woods

A remarkable evening of dappled and high contrast light. The run turned in to a jog then a walk.
It was just to nice to run, the light was great as I weaved through trails I have always previously ignored.
5 miles later I had cheered up no end.
Somehow, I'll catch up with you all......
