Butterfly No Dog

Out in the back yard with the hooligans, but they found shaded rest spots and I tracked down a pretty yellow butterfly. It kept taking off and I kept tripping trying to catch up with it...did the best I could without a fall :)

We are experiencing summer in the PNW at long last...while others have had way too much sun and heat we have had very little. I'm not pining for the heat at all , but the sun yes so this is lovely. Had a lot of lab work come back as I prepare for the knee surgery...still have high white blood cell count so they need to attack the infection inside me better! I keep telling them it's a sinus thing that I've repeatedly had...oh well. Better commenting from me this weekend I hope as tomorrow I head up to Anacortes to pick up the painting I bought from Artist Annie!!!! I'm excited to bring it "home"!!!!
