Ran out of time to post this yesterday.

Doesn't seem possible that it is August already ....... this year seems to be flying by!

Saw this Large White fluttering around the Buddleia .... thankfully it did land & stay almost still for a moment .... just time to get this shot!

Thanks so much for all the lovely comments, stars & heart on yesterday's Wet feet ..... really chuffed you liked them. I think the 'mystery bird' is a Curlew Sandpiper .... it was mentioned in the sightings & when I checked the other shots I'd taken you can see it has a downward curve to its bill ...... so hopefully that is the mystery solved .... thanks for your suggestions they did help! :-)
