What do Luton Town football club and Harefield Hospital have in common?

Eric Morecambe supported both and has a facility named after him at both.

I had an early start today to go to Harefield Hospital for my CT scan today in that very facility.

While being connected up to the ECG which monitors the heartbeats so that the images can be precisely timed for particular points in the rhythm, the radiographer asked me if I knew that I had an erratic heartbeat. This was the first time that it had been mentioned to me, so presumably it hasn't been present before. A few beta blockers were used to regulate the heartbeat for the tests.

No other feedback from the staff, other than to check if I had another appointment booked with my consultant so I have to wait until then for the results. Hopefully they may have found a possible cause for my blackout.

After that it was home and take things easy until the drugs wore off, so adding a dusting of icing sugar to a chocolate cake seemed within those limits.
