The beach!

School uniform shopping this morning, I excelled myself and had C all kitted out in the uniform shop and M&S in sub half an hour! We had a cuppa and pit stop in M&S cafe to celebrate! Just shoes to get but will worry about those nearer Sept!

With the jobs out of the way we had lunch and then headed up to Millet's Farm Beach, even though it was grey and threatening to drizzle but we had a great time with our friends Phoebe, Harry & Laura on the big beach they have built there, undercover. It was surprisingly warm if a bit grey but the sun tried to come out and it was a lot calmer with tonnes more space than a v sunny day would've allowed us.

After much sand castle and bridge building on the beach we tried out the playground, motorised cars, merry go round, diggers and visited the animals.

A really fun packed afternoon and we didn't get home until after 6pm!
