After our long journey yesterday, we were all rather weary today and no one got up particularly early,.  It wasn’t a very bright morning, so we took things slowly.  We then headed back to the local town for a wander around and had a good look round the market, buying some lovely home baking for a picnic lunch.  The boys went for holiday haircuts, and I was forced to check out some shops as it started drizzling.

With no destination in mind, we set off to explore round an about, stopping at a quaint (and quiet) village for a look around and for a picnic spot.  BB rounded his lunch off with the first of his holiday ice creams.

We continued our drive around – looking for better weather – stopping off in a few places for a wander.  When the sun appeared it was very warm.  We eventually headed home via a supermarket and TT cooked us a lovely curry.  A nice chilled out day to kick off our Devon holiday.
