What does it mean

A mug I was given by one of my colleagues who lives in Peterhead which is a small town north of Aberdeen dedicated to Fishing and the Oil and Gas Industry.

Evidently this is the language of the locals and even my wife who hails from Aberdeen struggled with this one.
