TOCO ANYONE?

I drive by this toco truck everyday. I am amazed with our tempetures running well over 90-100F each day that anyone would sit down at this picnic table and have lunch. Right down the street is an air conditoned El Toro mexican restaurant. Got to give this guy credit he seems to be meeting a need for somebody. Perhaps it's because these guys are construction workers and they are dirty and don't want to go into a restaurant.
