Books & cake!

A fair combination I thought.

A quieter day today much needed but you always have to get out of the house by 11am latest with a 1 and 5 year old!!

We went to sign up to the big summer read at the library and got some books that C can actually practise reading and some stories too.

Lunch in Costa followed by a cake run to Waitrose for teatime later. Some playtime in the garden and a bike ride around the neighbourhood for a bit more practice on 2 wheels.

Teatime brought cake and both seemed to love them! I may have sampled them all too...
