Eco mum and I headed out early for a walk with Juno, we headed south to a wee beach. It was empty and Juno chased sticks.

It was a cracking morning for a walk.

Back to the sleepy kids got them organised and I dropped the family off at Dunrobin Castle as I headed up the hill with the big statue on it.

It was warm and juno was struggling in the heat. We found pools of peat water and Juno submerged herself.

At the statue we saw a hand glider taking off and soaring in the thermals. Juno and I headed west over peat bog to a distant trig point. A lonely summit bagged and we headed back via a loch for some coolant.

Picked up the family and headed up to Helmsdale for some fine fish and chips.

A lovely drive back and chill time.
