Rainy day

Thunderstorms and lightnings during the night, rain and heavy clouds all day. Early up for an 8am Chiropody appointment (my feet said thank you ;), fresh, still warm bread for breakfast at 10am and a couple of hours of work to clean up the mailbox and get some things rolling for next week until mid afternoon.

It was still raining when we eventually ventured out at 4pm. We walked to the golf course for dinner and back. Three hours with gloves and cap through the forest which provided shelter from the rain and a wonderful musty smell.

Back home at 8pm. Still raining outside. Might see snow flakes tonight and white mountains tomorrow. Movie night now.
