Peas

Sorry it's Andrew again but I love this. He offered to help with the tea so I got him shelling peas. He sat for ages doing it and was quite chuffed with himself.
And I didn't even have to pay him (yesterday I paid them 20p each to bring in the washing!).

Nice lazyish day today. The boys went to the childminder's this morning so I could go for a run and then this afternoon we just chilled with the lego and the athletics on in the background. I went to the gym earlier too and had to do an extra 10 mins on the x-trainer because Jess Ennis was about to run and I didn't want to risk leaving to go home and then missing her.
