Taiko

Snow around here almost gone - we went for an hour walk early to be home to watch the Rio opening ceremony.....it seemed to go on for ever.  But while that was happening I cleaned out my emails - would you believe it, my In Box is empty!!  Sorted out my external hard drives, I'm giving them to a friend while we are away.

Later this afternoon, we went over to the Taiko Valley, most of the snow has melted, just hanging around in the shaded places.  I was lucky as the sun squeezed through giving some gorgeous light on the hills.

Final of the Super 15 about to start, just had some photos texted from our Wellington family who are at the game.  Go the 'canes!!  

Expecting to get down to -8 deg tonight!
