Changed my non working day to ease the job and to spend some time with Mrs A S. Best laid plans and all that , not a lot went well really. But as we sat in this queue on the A64  and I searched the internet find the cause, an RTA that  required the air ambulance, I decided that there is invariably someone having a worse day than thee!
