Day 5: Splash!
It was lovely to have a leisurely start this morning and a fantastic breakfast in our lovely hotel. We even had time to look round the shopping centre on the ground floor of the hotel building.
We checked out at midday and set off on our journey south.
It was interesting to see the scenery changing from the busy, buzzing city of Turin, back through the beauty of the magnificent Alps and out to the rolling hills and fields of Tuscany.
We arrived at our holiday park at about 5 pm and checked into our little shack which is probably a quarter of the size of the interconnecting rooms we had last night but it has got a nice little decking out the front and enough space to park the car.
The park is fabulous- absolutely huge and packed with every sort of amenity and activity you could wish for. There are 3 pools, a massive stage where the nightly entertainment takes place, kids clubs with different sporting activities every day, a 'Go Ape' style adventure playground and numerous restaurants, bars and shops.
We've had a little wander round and are looking forward to getting stuck in tomorrow.
Apologies for the lack of comments. wifi is very sporadic.
It has taken many attempts to get this uploaded.
