Canyon Lake Reflections

My son, Tim, and I went hiking at Canyon Lake today. It was an easy hike after a long drive on a narrow dirt road with steep drop-offs in places.

The hike was a little disappointing, inasmuch the lake was only visible in a few places, but the temperature was just right for hiking, and we didn't see another soul. Oh, and we gorged on thimbleberries -- see extra.

P.S. Tim just decided to join Blip -- with a little persuasion by Cynthia. He's just posted a photo of his dad!
