gone fishin'

Grandad rediscovered his enjoyment of fishing at lakeview. there were 2 lakes on the 3 acres we had for our garden and they were full of big carp. the children didn't really have the patience to sit and wait for the fish to bite, so just turned up when it got exciting to pose for photos!

This was the first catch. They got a lot bigger.
2 size 11 flip flops big, even.

Lily was rather more taken with the stripey caterpillar we found than the fish to be honest.
