The holiday pool

We arrived about 1am so it was a slow start. We managed to get to the supermarket though, before it closed at one as we had no food in the house. We bought lots of French treats and after a light lunch we took the children to the chateau pool. The chateau is a very swanky small hotel - our house is in its grounds and we get the use of the pool. Ella got back her confidence soon with the woggle then managed to swim a few metres on her own, so hopefully by the end of the week she'll be confident enough to manage a length.

On the way back the water bottle burst in the bag and soaked my camera case. Camera is ok but the spare battery won't work. After a good drying out my gadget to load my camera photos on to the IPad finally worked again. Phew!
