On this day in 2012 I had my first international newspaper front cover photograph printed. Simon Whitfield of Canada had fallen off his bike in the London 2012 Olympic Triathlon. My photo company www.captureasecond.com finally had the funds to begin building itself. Now I am up and running nicely.

8 years ago today, on 08/08/08, I photographed a RAF E3D Sentry of 8 Squadron launching from RAF Waddington at 08:08am (see extra photo)... :)
