On this day in 2012 I had my first international newspaper front cover photograph printed across the world. Simon Whitfield of Canada had fallen off his bike in the London 2012 Olympic Triathlon. My photo company www.captureasecond.com finally had the funds to begin building itself. 5 years later, I am up and running nicely.

9 years ago today, on 08/08/08, I photographed a Royal Air Force E3D Sentry of 8 Squadron launching from RAF Waddington at 08:08am... It made it into a few aviation magazines. :)
