Feeding of the 5,000

Asha & I looked after Sol this afternoon (see extra), the two of the splashed in his paddling pool & rushed around! 
This evening I met up with Claire for the annual Berenada...a jazz band were playing in Vara de Rey before drummers led all of us to the rocks for paella. The picnic here celebrates the Catalans arriving and kicking out the Moors. The rocks are where they landed. This picnic has been going on for years & years... Amazing atmosphere & spine tingling drumming.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Being able to take part in local traditions.
2) A lovely evening with Claire, watching the waves & catching up.
3) A quiet morning with my Bible.
