Experimental Eating

I read this morning that the paella for yesterday took 80 kilos of rice, 100 kilos of meat and 50 kilos of seafood...and they served 700 portions! And all cooked in one humongous dish! 
Also read some fascinating documents about Sa Penya and the Roma, suggestions for improvement...it was written in the 80s...interesting to see that none of the suggestions have been heeded since then...and now look at the terrible state of things.

Tonight I have 2 extra kids sleeping here. Our friend is a DJ and he's playing in one of the superclubs with Carl Cox...Danny’s off to see him play, as is Joha...so I have an extra 5 and 11 year old!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Coffee with Marco SH.
2) Asha's delight when she heard Isabel & Mateo would be staying over.
3) A productive morning.
