Ta-ra!

Had lots of leg cramps in the night ....horrid. Busy day at work and good conversation and planning with visitors from Quebec then had to dash down to theatre and back to collect keys I'd dropped there last night-at least it helped my step count!
Went to see a tap dancing show with the Cs and the little ones loved it-they danced all round the square afterwards!
